John Ingram has been appraising real estate in Atlantic Canada since the dawn of time. He has been an accredited appraiser since 1991 and has extensive appraisal and consulting experience encompassing a broad spectrum of residential, commercial and industrial real estate. He has appeared as an expert witness before various judicial and quasi-judicial authorities throughout the province. John is past President of the NS Real Estate Appraisers Association (NSREAA), former member of the Professional Liability Insurance Committee of the Appraisal Institute of Canada, and has served as Chair on both the NSREAA Committee of Examiners and the Adjudicating Committee of the AIC. He is President of Ingram Varner and Associates and a founding member of ARA.

John has been an accredited appraiser for over 30 years and has extensive appraisal and consulting experience in all classes of property for purposes of sale, acquisition, financing, capital gains, insurance, expropriation and asset management.
