Cherie has been providing residential valuation and consulting services throughout Nova Scotia since 1997. She has extensive and diverse real estate appraisal experience. Areas of specialty include vacant and developable lots, existing and proposed single family and small density multi-unit development, waterfront and executive properties, gated communities, expropriation, retrospective and prospective valuations.  She actively volunteers at the national level with the Appraisal Institute of Canada. Her exceptional dedication to volunteerism within the AIC earned her the prestigious President’s Citation Award in 2015 and she continues to be an integral part of the Peer Review committee starting at its inception and volunteering as a vetter well over the past decade. Cherie also holds a Nova Scotia Real Estate Broker’s license since 2009 and has effectively negotiated numerous real estate deals across the province for a variety of properties.
